When building or buying a shipping container home, what exactly is involved in the process? They are usable in a diversity of sizes (with most common being eight feet wide by 8.5 feet tall by forty feet long) that are idealistic for modular housing and office utilization.

There are several online shipping/transportation directories online that differentiate and specialize in pre-fab offices based on former cargo containers.
